This Policy is a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and Entrevity ("Entrevity," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies or individuals that we do not manage or employ.
Our servers automatically record information that your browser or device transmits when you view the Website or utilize "EntrePlugs." This data may include your browser and device name and version, operating system type and version, device's IP address and location, language preferences, the webpage you were visiting before coming to the Services, pages of the Services you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on the Services, access times and dates, and other statistics.
Automatically collected information is only used to identify potential cases of abuse and to compile statistical data on the use and traffic of the Services. This statistical data is not otherwise aggregated in a way that could identify a specific system user.
You are not required to reveal your identity or provide any information that could be used to identify you as a specific, identifiable person in order to use the Services. However, if you wish to use some of the Services' features, you may be required to provide Personal Information (for example, your name and email address). When you create an account, publish content, make a purchase, or fill out any online forms on the Services, we receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. In the case of paid services, we will ask for credit card or other payment account information, which will be used solely for payment processing. Your purchase transaction data is only kept for as long as it is required to complete your purchase. Your purchase transaction information will be deleted once that is completed. Your financial information will be stored in encrypted form on secure servers of our reputable payment gateway service provider, which is bound to treat your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy, where necessary for processing future payments and subject to your prior consent.
All direct payment gateways follow the PCI Security Standards Council's latest security standards. Sensitive and private data is exchanged over an SSL-secured communication channel that is encrypted and protected with digital signatures, and the Services are compliant with PCI vulnerability standards to provide the safest possible environment for Users. Malware scans are runned on a regular basis for added security and protection.
You have the option to have certain Personal Information we hold about you deleted. As the Services evolve, the Personal Information you can delete may change. However, if you delete Personal Information, we may keep a copy of the unrevised Personal Information in our records for as long as we need it to meet our obligations to our affiliates and partners, as well as for the purposes described below. If you want to delete your Personal Information or your account permanently, you can do so through the settings page of your account or by contacting us.
We may share your information with our trusted third parties who work with us, any other affiliates and subsidiaries we rely on to assist in the operation of the Services available to you, depending on the requested Services or as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any service you have requested. Personal Information is not shared with unaffiliated third parties. These service providers are not permitted to use or disclose your information unless it is required to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal obligations. We won't be able to respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information unless we can confirm your identity or authority to make such a request, as well as that the Personal Information you've requested is about you.
We do not collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18 without their consent. Please do not submit any Personal Information through the Services if you are under the age of 18.
